Through our two specialised divisions, Facilities Management and Property Services, we provide an integrated approach to residential building management that goes far beyond routine maintenance. Facilities Management Division
Our Facilities Management team handles the day-to-day operations of residential buildings with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail. We coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, conduct comprehensive building inspections, prepare detailed reporting, manage contractor and vendor relationships, oversee compliance requirements, and assist with budgeting and long-term asset planning. Our team works closely with strata committees, owners, building managers, and residents to ensure issues are addressed promptly and buildings continue to perform efficiently. By taking a proactive rather than reactive approach, we help minimise disruptions, extend the life of building assets, reduce operational costs, and create environments where residents genuinely enjoy living.
Property Services Division
A well-maintained property creates a lasting first impression and contributes significantly to resident satisfaction. Our Property Services Division delivers professional cleaning, gardening, and presentation services that keep residential communities looking immaculate every day. From maintaining common areas and landscaped gardens to ensuring entrances, facilities, and shared spaces remain clean, safe, and inviting, our experienced team takes pride in preserving the appearance and value of properties we manage.

Dragan Mihaljevic
Managing Director
Dragan brings over 10 years of experience across Owners Corporation, Building Management, Facilities Management and General Management. He leads Sky High’s strategic direction, focusing on operational excellence, compliance, strong client relationships and protecting property assets.
Milivoy Mihaljevic
Operations Manager
Milivoy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at La Trobe University and brings a strong foundation in operational management, compliance and service delivery. He oversees day-to-day operations, supporting Building Managers, coordinating contractors and driving consistent service standards
Caitlyn Jackwitz
Property Services Manager
Caitlyn leads the Property Services Division, overseeing cleaning, gardening, staff coordination and service quality across all properties. With hands-on experience in gardening, property services and building operations, she maintains high presentation standards and delivering quality outcomes.
